The rates per apartment vary, depending on the time of the year and the size of the apartment. Please view the individual apartment for its prices.
But generally:
Studio apartments range from 400 per week in low season to 600 per week in high season, i.e. July and August.
1 bed apartments range from 450 per week in low season to 1,200 per week in high season, i.e. July and August.
2 bed apartments range in price from 500/600 per week in low season to 1,800 per week in high season, i.e. July and August.
3 bed apartments range in price from 600 per week in low season to 4,750 per week in high season, i.e. July and August.
Prices are always higher during Festival and Conference events and during Easter and Christmas.
The prices are fully inclusive. This covers the provision of linen and towels, electricity, (wifi internet access, use of the pool and parking, where provided) and cleaning/laundry on departure.

Payment of Rental and Deposit:
- 50% of the total rental amount is payable within one week of making the booking. The rental is only confirmed after this down-payment has been received.
- The balance, becomes due six weeks before arrival.
- Bookings taken for dates less than 6 weeks away are subject to payment of full 100% plus deposit immediately.
A fully refundable breakages deposit, normally 350, is charged to a credit card 3 weeks prior to arrival. This amount is refunded to your card within 48 hours of departure, subject to the keys being returned safely and the apartment being left undamaged.
For bookings from groups of younger adults (18-25 year olds), double the normal breakages deposit applies, i.e. if it is 350, then it is raised to 700; or if it is 600, then it is raised to 1,200.
Cancellation Policy:
- If your cancellation reaches us 90 or more days before the planned arrival date, a 20% cancellation fee will be charged.
- If your cancellation reaches us between 90 and 60 days before the planned arrival date, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
- If your cancellation reaches us 59 or fewer days before the planned arrival date, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
